2012 Jubilee Year

With a great joy we announce that the year 2012 will be a Jubilee Year within our Religious Community. The year marks:
  • 50 years of the Michaelites’ presence in the Diocese of London
  • 100 years of our Blessed Founder’s death
  • 90 years since the Church approved our Congregation
As a great visionary Founding Father Blessed Bronislaw Markiewicz sent some of his co-workers to the USA to spread the ideas promoted by him. They came to Canada in late 50's but the year 1962 marks the official presence in the Diocese of London. Together with all members of our Congregations we make preparations for the Centennial Anniversary of Fr. Markiewicz’s death, as well as here in Canada, for the Golden Jubilee commemorating Michaelites presence on Canadian soil. A full program of our celebrations will posted here by the end of September 2011.

These anniversaries we will be celebrating fill us with great joy and pride; prompt us to reflect and give thanks; as well as strengthen our hope and give us courage to look into the future. Supported by the intercessions of St. Michael the Archangel and Blessed Bronislaw Markiwicz we joyfully sing to God Te Deum
